Like so many others, Scott wasn’t sure what he wanted to do after completing higher education, although he knew that he liked people and property, and this led him to Martyn Gerrard to satisfy a new found ambition and progress a job to something much more.
Martyn Gerrard is a family business and Scott certainly felt at home joining the company, driving a career for a nearly 12 years he’s “enjoyed every second of it”.
From a junior negotiator, then senior negotiator, through an assistant manager role to a sales manager and his current position as a senior manager running more than one office, achieved in under 10 years, Scott still feels the buzz of opportunity and achievement that Martyn Gerrard employees can enjoy and utilise.
