You need the ability to build a rapport with both buyers and sellers, supporting both sides throughout the process and after.
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for scheduling and accompanying viewing, negotiating between vendors and buyers, as well as progressing the dealuntil completion. You will also be expected to take part in prospecting on a regular basis and supporting other member of the team.
