As an Assistant Lettings Manager/Senior Negotiator, you will assist the Lettings Manager and Lettings Negotiators in all negotiation responsibilities. You will also be responsible for business development. You will be scheduling and leading viewing, negotiating between Landlord and tenant in order to reach an agreement. You will also support the pre-tenancy checks. You will develop our business and market share by generating and conducting market appraisals, prospecting on a regular basis and community outreach.

Requirements:

Proven 2 years’ experience in a Lettings Negotiate position

Experience in conducting market appraisals

Self-driven with a can do attitude

Excellent communication skills – Verbal and Written  

Ability to confidently persuade and influence others

Well organised

Full driving licence
