The Role:
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for scheduling and leading viewing, negotiating between vendor and tenant in order to reach an agreement, as well as all the pre-tenancy checks. You will also be taking part in prospecting on a regular basis and supporting other members of staff.
Requirements:
• Proven experience of 2 years in a sales position
• Self-driven with a can do attitude
• Ability to work in a team with other Lettings Negotiators
• Interest in property
• Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written
• Ability to confidently persuade and influence others
• Well organised
• A natural Negotiator
• A full Driving Licence
